REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON SHOES:

Refunds or exchanges will not be made on worn or damaged shoes.

You may return the shoes for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact Frances by email myfeetsqueak@ymail.com for an authorization number. When you email me, please indicate the reason for your return.  Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

Shipping expenses are your responsibility and I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

You may exchange the shoes within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact Frances by email myfeetsqueak@ymail.com for an authorization number. Please include the desired style name, proper size and colour (if applicable). Also, please include your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. If we are unable to exchange your item because it is out of stock, we will 1st contact you via email or by phone to see if you like anything else.
