TO REMOVE THE SQUEAKER:
The "squeaker" can be disabled by an adult simply by pulling out the "squeaker" located in the heel of the shoe out with fingernails, it will be in very securely, but it will come out. Then store the "squeaker" in a safe place, away from small children. NEVER take the SQUEAKER out with your teeth! We do not want your clever children to imitate you and choke on it! The squeaker outside of the shoe is a choke hazzard be sure to treat it as one whenever it is not firmly secure in the shoe.

TO RE-INSERT THE SQUEAKER:
The "squeaker" can be re-inserted into the hole when you want to hear the squeaky sound again.

HOW IT WORKS:
The squeaker will only squeak when the child walks on the heel, compressing a cushion of air that is in the heel. When the air is forced out through the squeaker the squeaky noise is made.

As a result, your child is literally "walking on air!"
